Exterior Care: One annual professional Power washing session and two detailed Spring/Fall Raking/Property Cleanups.
Aesthetic Maintenance: Annual "Fresh Look" touch-up painting (limited to trim/doors) to keep curb appeal high.
Enhanced Summer/Winter Prep: Includes dock installation/removal and outdoor furniture setup/storage.

Full-Time On-Call Service: 24/7 emergency response. Whether it’s a midnight alarm or a fallen tree, MCS is your first and only call.
Preventative Everything: Comprehensive annual maintenance audit (HVAC, roof, plumbing, and electrical health checks).
Aesthetic Maintenance: Full repetitive stain and paint schedules managed by MCS for all structures on the property. Routine maintenance on landscaping and driveways.
Concierge Prep: "Arrive to a Warm House" service—thermostat adjustment, snow-cleared walkways, and lights on before you arrive.
Exclusive Project Management: To ensure the highest standard of care with seamless execution, Platinum members agree to run all renovation, repair, and capital improvement projects exclusively through Mitchell Contracting Services, LLC. From remodels, restoration and new builds to maintenance and daily operations, MCS manages the lifecycle of your home so you never have to vet or manage an individual subcontractor again.
Silver: The "Peace of Mind" Package ($150-$300/mo.)
Ideal for the occasional weekender who needs the basics covered and like to stay engaged in the work on the property.
Monthly Property Checks: Interior/exterior walkthroughs with customized checklist (checking for frozen pipes, pests, or storm damage) with digital photo reports sent to your phone or email. Checks are performed in house by our trustworthy employees.
Seasonal Transitions: Standard Camp Winterization (blow out lines, antifreeze) and Summarization (de-winterizing, water back on). Clients must switch to MCS for winterizations in order to be eligible for caretaking services.
Essential Maintenance: Monthly gutter inspections and perimeter debris clearing.
Priority Scheduling: Caretaking package members move to the front of the line for renovations and repairs. Keep in mind that MCS works with the local plowing, landscaping and cleaning companies. Customers can keep their existing subcontractors, but MCS should be given opportunity to provide pricing for any other new work on the property.
