This is a small project that MCS has taken over to ensure timely completion and a high quality product.

Inlet - Basement Walk Out, Porch Stairs and Landscape Replacement

This project started as a removal and replacement of the lower sidewalk and the posts holding the porch. Added work includes removal and replacement of 3 additional small concrete slabs and the complete replacement of the 2 old stair sets. Stair sets to be rebuilt with Trex in "Saddle Brown". Expected completion is 9/12/25.
