"4th Lake Camp Remodel" - Town of Webb, NY

This 1930s Adirondack camp featured a great room and kitchen that were added over time. While leaving these existing remodels intact, MCS rewired, insulated, and fully refinished the main camp. The comprehensive renovation also included fresh pine paneling across eight rooms and a hallway, plus an updated bathroom. This project is currently in progress.

"Yellow House Remodel"

This project was a bank owned and abandoned structure on the backstreets of Old Forge. The home was originally built in 1932 and the inside is now fully renovated and housing Mitchells... Exterior improvements are part of the next phase. More Photos Coming Soon

"Guest House Punchlist" - Eagle Bay, NY

MCS is assisting the owners with rectifying an incomplete project. Scope of work includes managing certificate of occupancy and electric issues, installation of an egress window, replacement of a shower enclosure, punchlist and finish work/trim.

"Handicap Access Walkway" - Town of Webb, NY

This project, completed summer of 2026, is an example of of our deck repair work. This project eliminated a set of about 6 steps and section of walkway about 20' long with six even platform with ADA style griprails on both sides.
